OUR SERVICES
As VKM Plastik, we offer sheet production services with two high-capacity plastic extruder machines.
1. Extruder: Width up to 1800 mm, thickness range 1 mm – 8 mm.
2. Extruder: Width up to 2200 mm, thickness range 1 mm – 8 mm.
Both machines have unlimited length capabilities. The following surface patterns can be applied in sheet production: Mercedes Pattern, Sand Pattern, Leather Pattern, Plain Pattern, R8 Pattern, Dot Pattern. Types of materials used: ABS, HDPE, PMMA (Acrylic), ASA, SOFT. Sheets can be produced with optional features such as flame-retardant additives, UV protection, and stretch coating.
