Annual Part Production Capacity
Our vacuum forming facility, consisting of 14 vacuum machines with a monthly capacity of 150 tons, primarily serves the After Market as well as industries such as healthcare, entertainment, and construction equipment. We handle all stages from sheet production to mold design, thermoforming, and export, delivering end-to-end seamless solutions.

Levha
Thanks to our two extruder sheet lines with widths of 1800 mm and 2400 mm, we can produce any color and pattern our customers may need.

As a fully integrated business, we carry out your fiber, MDF, and aluminum mold production in-house with high precision using our 5-axis CNC machines.

High-Precision Solutions for Thermoforming Vacuum Production ProcessesWe support our expertise in thermoforming plastic production with our powerful CNC infrastructure. Our in-house 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers provide high precision, repeatability, and flexibility in both aluminum mold production and part machining processes. Our CNC capabilities, from vacuum molds, model machining, plastic part cutting, to technical part production, are designed to optimize every step of the process.
Termoform (Vakum)
With 14 thermoforming machines, the largest of which is 6000X2200, we can produce even your largest products in a single piece, making assembly easy for you.
İhracat
We have a 1000 m² fiber production facility for your products and molds that cannot be produced with plastic vacuum forming. In addition, we offer fabric coating services at this facility to personalize your products.
